Managing Partner
Tim graduated from California State University-Fresno in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration. In addition to earning that degree, Tim received an athletic scholarship to play golf for the NCAA Division 1 Fresno State golf team. His business experience since then includes a professional golf career, the operation of a family-owned Toyota dealership in Southern California, and the founding and operating of an auto-related small business in the San Francisco Bay area. Since 1997, he has owned and operated Cardinal Promotions, a merchandising company that supplies corporate America with various custom-branded apparel and advertising-specialty products. Although Cardinal Promotions is situated in Palm Desert, CA, Tim resides in Sandpoint, Idaho with his wife of 32 years. He has 3 grown children.
Embroidery Department Manager
Elena Diaz has been managing our Embroidery Department for more than 20 years! Her attention to detail, ability to professionally meet our customer's embroidery needs, as well as manage our embroidery staff are among the many valuable skills she brings to Cardinal Promotions. Due to the hard work of Elena and our wonderful embroidery staff, Cardinal Promotions is the "go-to" embroidery company for golf facilities in southern California and across the nation.
Embroidery Machine Operator
Sonia has been a part of our team since 2004. Today, she is our chief embroidery machine operator and although she is great at what she does, her embroidery skills are always improving, helping to make Cardinal Promotions the stand-out embroidery supplier in Southern California and across the country.
Embroidery Machine Operator
Marcela joined our team in 2014 and brings her wonderful personality and a host of embroidery skills to Cardinal. She quickly learned how to operate the complicated embroidery machines and is now an integral part of our team. She and the rest of our embroidery staff are the reason Cardinal Promotions is a trusted embroidery supplier across the country.
Trimmer/Finisher
Maria is our newest employee, having begun at Cardinal in 2022. She adds a delightful presence to our offices and we are glad to have her working at Cardinal. She pays close attention to detail and always considers how our finished embroidery products appear to the customer so that each job is received with complete satisfaction.
